Stage Secrétariat Administratif

Vos Principales missions seront les suivantes :
=> Tri et sélection des CV
=> Contrôle des dossiers administratifs
=> Contrôle des contrats de travail et validation informatique des données
=> Suivi des inscriptions de nos animateurs à nos formations internes
=> Aide à la mise en place des formations des animateurs
=> Aide à la préparation des payes

Horaires de travail : 9h-13h / 14h-17h du lundi au vendredi.

Lieu de Travail : au siège 92227 BAGNEUX Cedex
(Il peut arriver à titre exceptionnel que les horaires et lieu de travail diffèrent - Journée de réunions ou formations animateur le week-end)

Profil du poste : Idéalement édudiant(e) en BTS Secrétariat ou assistant de direction, rigoureux et organisé. Maîtrise de l’outil informatique : Word, Excel, Internet.
