Au seins d'un petit cabinet de gérance, nous recherchons un(e) comptable mandants indépendant(e), en charge du quittancement/avis d'échéances, des arrêtés de comptes locataires, des CRG, de la régularisation des charges locatives, des préparation de déclarations de revenus fonciers mandants, des écritures comptables diverses, des rapprochements bancaires, des contrôles mensuels, des déclarations auprès de la caisse de garantie. Travail à distance possible sur logiciel GERCOP.
